How to prepare for your stay

What to bring? 

• Swimsuit/clothing to swim

• Clothing to walk and explore the forest and farm

• Changes of clothes (in a tropical area, it rains a lot and having extra clothes is a must)

• Bug spray and sun block

• Personal hygiene products

• Sandals

• Comfortable shoes

• Hat for the sun

• Jacket for a the rain

• Light pants

• Long sleeve (thin) shirts

• Light sweater

• Booksgames (there’s no televeision, signal, or internet in Nido de Vida)

• Food to cook

An important rule in La Dolly is not wearing outside shoes inside the cabin. Please bring indoor sandals to wear in the cabin only.
